Track Rental

  • Track rentals will be on a first come first served basis.
  • If renting for Karting, AutoX, Motorcycles or any other organization, you will be required to provide your own insurance and a COI to Wilder Horizon Raceway LLC.
  • Drift rentals will only be allowed for private use and will be required to be held as an "invite only" event. The event is not allowed to be open to the public to purchase a driver ticket. Spectators will not be allowed at the event.
  • All rental types will be required to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • All renters are required to preserve the grounds. Any damage done to the property will resort in a fee. The renter has the option to fix any damage, but must be repaired to previous or better condition. This includes, but is not limited to: ruts (i.e. "dirt drops"), fluid spills, damage to fencing, etc.
  • All renters will be required to sign a rental agreement.
  • Rental agreements can be terminated at any time by Wilder Horizon Raceway LLC.
  • There will be a 10% cancellation fee if the renter cancels within 1 week of the event. The only exception for cancellation without a fee, is due to inclimate weather. At which time a "rain check" date can be negotiated.

Track Rules

  • All guests are exactly that, guests.
  • As a guest, you are required to act in a decent and safe manner to all Wilder Horizon Raceway LLC staff, its guests and its property.
  • Pit speed is 5 MPH.
  • Glass is not allowed at the track.
  • Alcohol is prohibited. Anyone caught with alcohol may be asked to leave.
  • Overnight camping is not allowed. Please see the local amenities page for lodging.
  • Overnight parking is not allowed without explicit permission of Wilder Horizon Raceway LLC.
  • No revving of engines before 10am.
  • For Drifting, all guests are required to sign a waiver during purchase of their online ticket, when checking in at the track and will be required to sign a tech sheet during inspection.
  • For other motorsports that will be held by an outside organization, you will be required to adhere to these rules in addition to your organization's rules. No exceptions.
  • No one but approved individuals are allowed on track outside of a vehicle.
  • If there is an accident, please stay inside of your vehicle until a safety official has reached you. The only exception to leave your vehicle while out on track is in the instance of a fire.
  • Mixed motorsport disciplines are NOT ALLOWED on track together at any time.
  • No standing burnouts.
  • Leave the track respectfully when merging into highway traffic.
  • Anything that you brought with you, goes home with you. Especially TIRES.

Media

  • All drifting media must be approved through an application process.
  • Media MUST wear a high visibility vest when out on track.
  • Media MUST remain in designated media spots and my not move until there is a "cold track."
  • Approved media is required to produce content within 1 week of the event.
  • Often times vehicles lose parts while on track. Please be observant of all vehicles on track. If a part does come off of a vehicle and you are close enough to that part, you may remove it from the track to keep grid moving. If you do not feel comfortable removing the part, you are not required to do so. Please get the attention of a track worker to stop grid so that the part may be removed.

  • Media for other motorsports that will be held by an outside organization, you will be required to adhere to these rules in addition to your organization's rules. No exceptions.
